From Visionary Ideas to Effective Solutions

The Migros Pioneer Fund believes in driving social change through innovation and, as a venture philanthropist, provides initial funding for impact startups. With its initiative "From 0 to 100," the fund regularly places socially relevant topics on the public agenda. Through the Kickstart Program, it helps pioneers elevate their ideas to the next level.

Challenge

On the journey toward a sustainable society, many challenges arise. As part of the Migros Group’s social commitment, the Migros Pioneer Fund actively supports pioneers developing groundbreaking solutions. "From 0 to 100" serves as a meeting point for trailblazers of a better future—a space for ideas, exchange, and networking. This initiative provides inspiration, expertise, and practical support to help pioneers refine their early-stage projects, tackling significant contemporary challenges with courageous solutions.

How WeSlam helped

In a collaborative process, WeSlam partnered with MPF to develop a seven-week intensive program that provided tailored support for participants developing their impact-driven business ideas. Alongside a comprehensive framework and practical tools, the program featured deep dives into creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and conducting target audience analyses.

A key component was testing and validating critical assumptions directly with potential customers to ensure the sustainability and value of their solutions. WeSlam provided expert consultation and coaching, managed participant selection and administration, and facilitated events.

WeSlam provided the necessary boost to ground our Kickstart Program and elevate our participants’ ideas to the next level. Thank you for the excellent collaboration!
